I've posted work from Dutch artist, 2562, in the past, but I have to say, this completely blew me away. This is 2562's most recent full length album and, I'm ashamed to say that, this came out in 2009 and I went months without posting it. Similar to his album Aerial, this is a style of music that's very drum heavy, offbeat, repetitive, and glitchy at times. Be sure to listen to track 5, 'Dinosaur'.

In April, Sub Focus filled in last minute for an absent Andy C on the BBC Radio One show, Essential Mix. Sub Focus is one of the many new faces on the drum and bass scene, but his talent on the decks really makes him stand out. This is a two hour mix of the freshest DnB with a little dubstep thrown in so you can getcha knees up.

Aight, here's a huge track that I've been obsessed with for quite some time now. Zomby created this with a sample from Billy Boyo's One Spliff a Day, and its insightful "One spliff a day keep the evil away" chant. After Zomby's original, it was remixed by Sukh Knight and Starkey who created their own dubstep versions, and of course Rustie who created a weird tech-dubstep vibe. Big ups to everyone.
